Wings Model – Prisma Collection

The Wings model from the Prisma collection reflects the elegance and lightness of natural forms, drawing inspiration from the graceful, fluid curves of outstretched wings. Each piece embodies my fascination with light and color, blending time-honored artisanal techniques with a contemporary touch.

Each loop is precisely cut from a sheet of copper, then meticulously hand-worked to create these dynamic and airy forms. They are enameled on both sides using a special technique called "craquelage" or "color incompatibility." This process involves layering powdered enamel, one layer of which reveals the underlying strata through a series of firings in a kiln. This interplay of colorful bursts gives each piece a unique texture and depth. My mastery of this technique allows me to subtly influence the final patterns while leaving room for an element of serendipitous charm.

Like every creation in the Prisma collection, these earrings are the result of careful and unique craftsmanship, made entirely by hand in my workshop located near the medieval castle of Saint-Montan, in the south of France.
